Your personal data is processed by Lentil OS as the data controller. For anything in this notice you can reach us at info@lentilos.com / +90 538 845 45 73.

Personal data we process

When you fill in the contact form we process the following:

• Your full name and email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The area you are interested in and the content of your message

Why we process it

This information is used only to assess your request, reply to you and run a possible project conversation. When you send the form, a confirmation e-mail saying we received your message is also sent to that address. The information is not used for marketing and is never sold to third parties.

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of the consent you give in the form (KVKK art. 5/1) and of holding a conversation aimed at forming a contract in answer to your request (KVKK art. 5/2-c).

Sharing your data

Your information may be passed, only as far as the work requires, to the email and messaging services we use to receive the form and to the service that hosts the site. These providers' servers may be outside Turkey; if so, the transfer is made in line with KVKK art. 9. If a legal obligation arises, it may also be shared with competent authorities.

WhatsApp and phone

The WhatsApp button on this site takes you to WhatsApp. The messages you write there and your phone number are handled under WhatsApp's own terms, not through our site. When you call us, we likewise use only what you share during the call.

Cookies and server logs

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no analytics tool. The service that hosts the site may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser details, for security and operation.

How long we keep it

Your data is kept until your request is resolved and for as long as the relevant legislation requires. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Security

Form data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people who assess your request can access it.

Your rights under KVKK

Under article 11 of KVKK you can apply to us to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information if it is
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties your data is passed to, in Turkey or abroad
• Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected
• Ask for deletion or destruction within the conditions set by law, and for that to be notified to third parties the data was passed to
• Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation if you suffer loss from unlawful processing

How to apply

Send your requests to info@lentilos.com / +90 538 845 45 73. We reply within thirty days at the latest.

Changes

This notice is updated when the law or our services change. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.

Map

The map in the contact section does not load until you choose "Show the map". Once loaded, it is served by Google, which applies its own cookies and privacy terms.
